Hi there, I’m Aubrey.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master of Science in Family Therapy (MFT) from Friends University in Wichita, KS. I believe healing comes in many forms, but happens best when experienced in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
I have experience working with individuals, couples and families, adolescent to elderly. My experience includes working with clients who experience grief, complex PTSD, addiction, couple-conflicts, LGBTQ+ related struggles, blended family dynamics, life transitions, chronic pain, postpartum depression/anxiety, struggles and other mental health concerns.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who have complex PTSD. C-PTSD can look manifest in a variety of ways. If you have ever struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma, feelings of being “crazy” or “broken,” grief, relational struggles, feelings of abandonment, eating issues, or like you are living outside of your body, you are not alone. There is hope.
